Privacy and data use

How Edge handles your inquiry.

This page describes the information Edge receives through its public inquiry forms, how it is used for follow-up, and the controls applied to optional measurement.

Campaign information with your message

We preserve the campaign parameters supplied in your visit URL for the current browser session and include them with your check-up request. This connects your message to its source. Optional analytics and advertising providers follow your privacy choice.

What we collect

The details needed to understand and answer an inquiry.

When you send a check-up request or contact message, we receive your name, salon name, email, optional phone, city and the details you submit about your business. We also receive the selected plan and campaign information supplied with your visit.

  • Selecting a plan records an inquiry. It does not create a charge.

Where it goes

Public forms create a protected Edge lead record.

Your message is saved securely for authorized EDGE team members to review and follow up.

How it is used

Follow-up, qualification, and site measurement.

Edge uses inquiry records to review the request, respond, qualify the opportunity, and document the next action. Optional analytics and advertising measurement follow the choice shown in the privacy banner. Edge does not use a form submission to enroll you in automatic marketing.

Your choices

Ask questions about an inquiry or change measurement preferences.

You can use the Privacy choices control to revisit optional measurement consent. For questions about a submitted inquiry, use the contact address shown on the site and reference the business name used in the request.
